Qualifications

• Strong laboratory skills and meticulous adherence to protocols.
• Experience with IVF and assisted reproduction techniques.
• Foundational knowledge in medicine and reproductive physiology.
• Competence in andrology-related laboratory procedures.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
• Good communication and teamwork across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee embryology and andrology lab procedures, including culture, insemination and cryopreservation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality control and safety standards.
• Collaborate with fertility specialists, nurses and clinical staff to plan cycles.
• Provide leadership, mentor junior staff and contribute to protocol improvements.
• Support accreditation activities and continuous laboratory development.
