Motorola Solutions in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia, invites an experienced embedded software engineer to design, develop and enhance software features for two‑way radios.

Join a global, agile team to participate in the full SDLC, write clean C/C++ code for embedded systems, perform tests, debugging, and collaborate with hardware, QA and software counterparts to deliver reliable, safe communications solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant engineering or computer science field.
• 2–5 years of software development experience preferred.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills with solid OOP knowledge.
• Experience with RTOS and embedded software development is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and enhance software features for embedded two-way radios.
• Participate in the full SDLC from requirements to deployment.
• Write clean, well-documented C/C++ code for embedded systems.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and system tests; debug issues in embedded software.
