Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced ELV Design Lead to design and implement data center ELV systems, including ICT infrastructure, cabling, networks, and security systems, collaborating with international clients.

You will guide design consultants, review tender documents, and ensure compliance with local and international codes while delivering projects across Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering.
• Extensive experience managing ELV systems across the full lifecycle of large-scale data center or high-precision manufacturing projects.
• Hands-on experience commissioning at least one ELV product or system.
• Experience delivering international projects for data center electrical and cooling infrastructure.
• Over 5 years of ELV design experience in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data center ELV systems, including ICT infrastructure and security systems.
• Review detailed design packages, tender documents, and material submissions; support bidding.
• Provide technical support and coordinate with international clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply understanding of international client requirements for cabling infrastructure design and construction.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and internal departments to resolve on-site issues.
• Monitor ELV technologies and evaluate their application to data center projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
