Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a seasoned ELV Design Lead to oversee the complete ELV system design for hyperscale and colocation data centre projects. You will drive technical leadership across cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.

You will develop and standardize ELV design standards, specifications and best practices, review deliverables, and support RFPs and technical due diligence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of ELV design and engineering experience.
• Strong background in data centres, mission-critical facilities or large-scale intelligent buildings.
• Proven track record delivering projects from concept through commissioning.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, developers, contractors and operators.
• Experience developing technical standards, specifications and engineering best practices.
• Prior involvement in hyperscale or colocation data centre projects is highly desirable.
• Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ELV system design reviews and QA audits.
• Collaborate with CSA, MEP, IT, Security and operations teams.
• Support tender evaluations, RFPs and technical due diligence.
• Oversee design compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver integrated, resilient data centre ELV solutions.
