Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a seasoned ELV Design Lead to oversee the complete ELV system design for hyperscale and colocation data centre projects. You will drive technical leadership across cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.

You will develop and standardize ELV design standards, specifications and best practices, review deliverables, and support RFPs and technical due diligence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of ELV design and engineering experience.
• Strong background in data centres, mission-critical facilities or large-scale intelligent buildings.
• Proven track record delivering projects from concept through commissioning.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, developers, contractors and operators.
• Experience developing technical standards, specifications and engineering best practices.
• Prior involvement in hyperscale or colocation data centre projects is highly desirable.
• Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ELV system design reviews and QA audits.
• Collaborate with CSA, MEP, IT, Security and operations teams.
• Support tender evaluations, RFPs and technical due diligence.
• Oversee design compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.

Fiscal Therapy Management – Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur

Provide technical leadership and design expertise for ELV systems across hyperscale and colocation data centre projects.

Develop and standardize ELV design standards, technical specifications and engineering best practices.

Review and oversee ELV systems including structured cabling, fibre networks, BMS, EPMS, DCIM, CCTV, access control, PAGA, physical security and other critical ELV infrastructure.

Review and validate design deliverables to ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, operational objectives and regulatory requirements.

Evaluate design changes, value engineering proposals and emerging technologies to improve system reliability, scalability, security and operational efficiency.

Support RFPs, tender evaluations, technical due diligence and customer engagements by providing ELV technical expertise.

Conduct design quality assurance reviews, technical audits, construction document reviews and commissioning validations.

Collaborate with CSA, MEP, IT, Security, Operations, consultants and contractors to deliver integrated and resilient data centre solutions.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in ELV system design and engineering.

Strong experience in data centres, mission-critical facilities, telecommunications or large-scale intelligent buildings.

Proven experience delivering projects from concept design through commissioning.

Strong experience working with design consultants, developers, contractors and operators.

Experience in developing technical standards, specifications and engineering best practices is preferred.

Prior experience in hyperscale or colocation data centre projects is highly desirable.
