Job summary

Sinergia Talents is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to ensure safe, reliable operation of electrical systems in production and facilities. You will manage preventive maintenance, troubleshoot outages, and lead electrical projects while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 7+ years in facilities management, 11kV Chargeman certification, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to coordinate with contractors and internal teams to improve reliability and

Qualifications

11kV Chargeman certification or higher.
Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in facilities management.
Good leadership, planning, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment and utilities.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical faults that interrupt production.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimise downtime.
Develop and maintain contingency plans for power interruptions or electrical failures.
Oversee design, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems supporting production and facility operation.
Coordinate and supervise contractors for repair, maintenance, and renovation projects.
Review quotations, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Assist in budgeting and resource planning for maintenance activities.
