Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Technical Associate Supervisor (BO Chargeman 11kV) to guide a team delivering preventive maintenance, repairs and project support for high‑tension power systems. You will ensure safety and reliable operation of high tension supply and standby generators, and manage cross‑functional projects within the Engineering and Technical Services function.

You’ll supervise a big team, prepare reports, liaise with vendors, and coach colleagues.

Qualifications

• Certified competent BO 11kV with minimum 5 years of job-related experience in building / facilities maintenance.
• Prior supervisory experience to lead a big team.
• Knowledgeable with preparing reports and documentations.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the safety and proper operation of high-tension power supply and standby generator emergency power supply.
• Perform site works such as preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, site repair works, and corrective maintenance.
• Develop a charter and integrated timeline.
• Ensure the team remains on schedule and resolve escalated issues timely.
• Manage internal and external relationships with vendors; seek out new vendors, obtain pricing, and approve contracts.
• Work with core teams to develop solutions and manage project teams throughout delivery.
• Create, maintain, and distribute routine reports and present them to management and clients.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across job disciplines.
