Job summary

Sinergia Talents is seeking a Facilities Senior Electrical Engineer to ensure safe, reliable operation of electrical systems across production and facilities. You will oversee maintenance, supervise technicians and contractors, and lead energy efficiency initiatives to improve uptime and performance.

The role requires 7+ years in facilities management, an 11kV certification, and strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 11kV Chargeman certification or higher.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in facilities management.
• Good leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive maintenance for electrical equipment and utilities.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical faults that interrupt production.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment availability.
• Develop and maintain contingency plans for power interruptions or electrical failures.
