Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and e6icientoperation of all electrical systems that support production and facility operations. Thisincludes maintaining power distribution, machinery, and utility systems. The role involvesmanaging preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime, leadingelectrical projects and energy e6iciency initiatives, and ensuring compliance withcompany policies, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
The engineer also provides technical guidance to maintenance and production teams todrive continuous improvement and operational excellence. In addition, this positionsupervises a team of technicians and contractors to support daily operations, preventivemaintenance programs, and ongoing facility improvement initiatives.
Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment and utilities such as lighting, backup power systems and etc.

Uphold 5S standards across all high-tension (HT) areas, substations, transformers (TX), and generator rooms.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Facilities Manager or management.
