The role blends engineering, customer engagement, and business development with a hybrid work model, contributing to ABB's Energy Studies and Digital Solutions offerings in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or Energy Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, power systems, energy management or related sectors.
• Professional certification in energy management/auditing is highly desirable.
• Experience with energy audits, power system studies, electrical assessments or energy optimization projects.
• Ability to translate data into practical, quantified business benefits and proposals.
• Strong commercial awareness to support sale of engineering, software and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical Energy Studies across Southeast Asia to improve energy efficiency and reliability.
• Conduct field measurements and analyze data to identify improvements.
• Quantify savings and prepare technical reports and business cases.
• Develop proposals for energy management and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and digital solution teams to secure projects.
