Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or OH&S and has at least 8 years of EHS leadership experience, with strong analytical and communication skills to foster a safe working culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• 8+ years of EHS management experience.
• Knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations and standards.
• Design and implement EHS programs and policies.
• Develop and conduct training sessions on EHS practices and safety.
• Perform risk assessments and safety audits.
• Lead investigations of workplace incidents and preventive actions.
• Prepare regulatory reports and management metrics.
