Job summary

DayOne, a global leader in data infrastructure, seeks an EHS Specialist to be the on-site guardian for health, safety, and environmental compliance during the construction of a large data center in Malaysia. You will ensure adherence to local regulations, corporate EHS standards, OSHA and ISO guidelines, and manage incident reporting, trainings, and audits to strive for a zero-incident workplace.

This role requires at least 5 years in EHS within large-scale construction, preferably data centers,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive EHS experience.
• Experience in large-scale construction, preferably data centers.
• ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Site Safety Management and audits.
• Lead high-risk task permits and LOTO processes.
• Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks.
• Liaise with regulation authorities and coordinate safety meetings.
• Track incidents and implement corrective actions.
