Job summary

UNITAR International University is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support cross-functional academic, marketing, facilities, and IT initiatives. You will assist in planning, tracking, and reporting to management while liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

The role emphasizes documentation, presentation, and compliance with university policies and SOPs to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, administration, or coordination roles.
• Experience in the education industry / academic operations is an added advantage.
• Exposure to cross-functional projects (academic, marketing, facilities, registry, IT, student services) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project timelines, milestones, and KPIs
• Support project managers and department heads throughout project lifecycle
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Prepare presentations, progress reports, and management updates
• Assist in risk monitoring, issue tracking, and mitigation planning
• Ensure compliance with UNITAR policies, QA requirements, and SOPs
