Job summary

Jie Business - OPPO Authorized Exclusive Distributor Malaysia is seeking a commercially driven E-Commerce TikTok Lead/Specialist to manage and grow our TikTok Shop business across operations, campaigns, sales performance and affiliate/creator management.

You will oversee day-to-day TikTok Shop operations, track GMV and traffic, optimise product listings and plan campaigns, while collaborating with Marketing, GTM and logistics partners to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop operations, campaigns and performance metrics.
• Experience in affiliate/creator management and social commerce.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations and overall commercial performance of TikTok Shop.
• Track key performance indicators including GMV, traffic, conversion, product performance and campaign results.
• Manage product listings, assortment, merchandising and promotional strategies to maximise sales and visibility.
• Plan, execute and evaluate TikTok Shop campaigns, product launches and platform initiatives.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, pricing and platform developments to support commercial decisions.
