Job summary

Arche Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Senior E-Commerce Operations Executive to optimize day-to-day operations for flagship stores on Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop. You will drive strategic setups, catalog SEO, and promo configurations while safeguarding store health and performance.

The role requires 2–3+ years in e-commerce platform management, strong English communication, and Excel modeling skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
2–3+ years of proven e-commerce platform management or agency experience.
Deep knowledge of Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop ecosystems.
Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end setup and launch of flagship stores on Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop.
Oversee catalog management, SEO, bulk uploads, and content optimization.
Configure campaigns with pricing, stock allocations, and promo mechanics.
Maintain store health and SLAs, monitor metrics to avoid penalties.
Coordinate inventory and cross-channel stock with warehouses.
Analyze performance data to optimize traffic, conversions, and fulfillment.
Liaise with KAMs and support teams to troubleshoot backend issues.
Collaborate with Brand Owners and Marketing to execute promo plans.
