Job summary

Luxasia Malaysia is hiring to grow its luxury beauty eCommerce marketplace with top brand partners. You will drive marketplace growth on Lazada, Shopee, and other platforms, plan campaigns, manage inventory, and optimize on-site performance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, client management, and experience in eCommerce or digital marketing within FMCG or e-commerce providers. Knowledge of Seller Center and platform partnerships is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related fields with the right mix of education and work experience
• 3 years of proven experience in E-Commerce or digital marketing in FMCG or with an E-Commerce provider
• Hands-on experience with Lazada/Shopee and Seller Center portal

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the eCommerce marketplace business for strategic brand partners
• Build Luxasia’s eCommerce service provider business on key marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, etc
• Campaign management and onsite investment planning with brand teams
• Demand planning & inventory planning with brand partners
• Maximize onsite exposure for brands including events and mega campaigns
• End-to-end eCommerce operations and seller center systems support
• Visual merchandising and store management using seller tools
• Maintain store ratings and KPI tracking across marketplaces
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations; solve ad-hoc problems
• Data reporting and competitor benchmarking analyses
