You will ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance, coordinate with front office, legal and compliance, and maintain audit trails of all processed documents.

Join UOB to contribute to system enhancements and stay updated on AML guidelines and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting and processing financial documents.
• Familiarity with AML guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to liaise with front office, legal and compliance teams.

Responsabilités

• Process CCWB documentation including loan agreements, trade finance documents, guarantees and security docs.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and validity per SLAs and regulations.
• Review documents for compliance with internal policies and AML guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to resolve discrepancies.
• Support junior team members on complex document processing issues.
