Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) in Malaysia seeks a documentation professional to handle discharge of security documents, land title amalgamations, and related duties in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure compliance and timely data input, supporting business partners and stakeholders across banking operations.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Accounting.
• 1–4 years of banking documentation experience, especially wholesale loans.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process discharge of security documents.
• Amalgamate land titles and sub-divide titles; substitution of charge.
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with conditions precedents.
• Data input and maintenance in relevant systems; respond to queries.
• Support special projects, UATs, regression testing as assigned.
