Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Director of Services Business Development to lead revenue opportunities across Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore. You will build trusted relationships with major financial institutions and ecosystem participants, shaping innovative, data-driven service solutions.

The role emphasizes strategic sales, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering value through consulting, analytics, and loyalty initiatives within a fast-paced regional team.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial institutions; preferably knowledge of Transaction Banking or SME Banking.
• Strong commercial drive with ability to build and monetize senior client relationships.
• Preferably consulting and data-driven solution selling background.
• Strong networker across stakeholder base; able to influence and generate revenues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior executives.
• Strategic, solution-oriented, high-energy and customer-centric.
• Ability to leverage data to analyze business challenges and opportunities.
• High-performance culture mindset; autonomous yet asks for direction when needed.

Responsabilités

• Generate and maintain Services revenue opportunities with SMEs, issuers, acquirers and ecosystem participants across Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.
• Collaborate with regional teams to identify Services opportunities in market.
• Foster relationships with client executives and Mastercard stakeholders tied to ROI.
• Develop creative business solutions for complex problems: consulting, analytics, Test & Learn, loyalty, marketing and security.
• Manage sales pipeline from early stages to approvals, signature, and post-sales delivery.
• Identify customer risk and opportunities; devise strategies to mitigate erosion.
