Chin Hin Group seeks a strategic Communications & Branding Leader to guide corporate messaging across property and construction divisions. You will champion branding, stakeholder engagement, and digital innovation, aligning communication with business milestones.

You will partner with senior leadership, manage VP communications, and drive CRM-driven customer engagement while overseeing content, media relations, and awards submissions to strengthen the Group's market presence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in a senior managerial communications/branding role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in corporate communications or branding.
• Proficiency with communication tools and platforms.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of legal and environmental considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead integrated communication and branding strategies for corporate goals and projects across online and offline channels.
• Collaborate with CRM and Sales to design customer engagement across the buyer journey.
• Manage VP communications, handover processes, and milestone communications for purchasers.
• Create high-quality content for social media, press, websites, newsletters; manage media relationships.
• Drive brand positioning and seek industry awards to enhance reputation.
• Conduct market research and CRM data reviews to refine strategies.
• Develop crisis communication frameworks and act as lead during reputational challenges.
• Promote AI tools and digital solutions to enhance creative production and personalization.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
