Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate communication or branding with at least 5 years in a senior managerial capacity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and media relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated communication and branding strategies across online and offline platforms.
• Partner with CRM and Sales teams to design customer engagement strategies.
• Oversee VP communications, including purchaser notifications and handover updates.
• Lead content development across social media, press, websites, and newsletters.
• Drive brand positioning and pursue industry awards to enhance reputation.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback reviews.
• Develop crisis communication frameworks and act as lead during reputational challenges.
• Champion AI adoption to elevate creative production and personalization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
