Schneider Electric Malaysia seeks a Digital Solution Senior Engineer to lead industrial digitalization projects, combining deep software expertise with strong customer engagement to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will architect solutions, manage end-to-end project execution, and support commercial activities across multiple industries. Travel within Malaysia is required to ensure successful delivery and program adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Min 5–10 years in industrial automation, digitalization, or system integration.
• Experience delivering software implementations or digital transformation projects across multiple industries.
• Knowledge of MES, APM/Predictive Analytics, Asset Information Management, Industrial AI, and Digital Transformation frameworks.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia.

Responsabilités

• Develop system architectures for digital transformation initiatives (SCADA, data platforms, analytics, operational intelligence).
• Lead and coordinate software implementation projects from initiation through commissioning and handover.
• Provide technical leadership during solution development and implementation.
• Engage customers throughout sales and project lifecycles, including presentations, workshops, and demos.
• Support opportunity qualification, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Collaborate with OT and IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
