TRAVELOG is a fast-growing outbound travel agency in Malaysia seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead paid and organic social campaigns and drive quality leads. You will manage Meta and Google ads, optimize CPL/CPA, and craft compelling content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Mandarin reading is required for WhatsApp communications. You will collaborate with Sales, monitor performance, and deliver data-driven insights to improve campaigns and growth.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years hands-on digital marketing experience across paid and organic channels.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of organic growth on social media and platform algorithms.
• Ability to analyze social performance and optimize reach and engagement.
• Experience in lead generation, budgeting, and campaign optimization.

Aufgaben

• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
• Manage budgets, targeting, and campaign structures to maximize ROI.
• Develop organic social strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Coordinate content calendars aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
• Generate high-quality leads and work with Sales to improve conversion rates.
• Analyze results, report on CPL/CPA, and translate insights into actions.
