Zohorecruit in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead performance-driven campaigns across education, fintech, and coaching sectors. You will manage paid and organic strategies, optimize budgets, and drive customer acquisition and engagement.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and a creative eye for ads, content, and campaigns across Meta, Google, and email channels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Must Have: Meta Ads, Google Ads, ClickFunnels, HubSpot CMS, Email Marketing.
• Self-motivated and proactive problem solver with excellent leadership skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven marketing, testing, and optimization.
• Good to have: Experience and/or interest in marketing for financial and/or education industries.

Responsabilités

• Develop, brainstorm, and execute creative marketing ideas including paid digital marketing strategies in the education and fintech sectors.
• Set up and optimise ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and other online channels.
• Customize marketing messages to resonate with the target audience, enhancing brand visibility and credibility in Malaysia.
• Craft compelling content for organic and paid ads including, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media to educate and convert prospects.
• Manage and analyse campaigns performance, budgets and perform A/B testing to maximize return on marketing dollars.
• Conduct market research, plan surveys and analyze customers insights such as Zoom chats to understand the psychology of our customers.
• Constantly look out for and explore new marketing trends and platforms.
