Job summary

Mah Sing Group Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive to lead digital marketing initiatives for property developments. You will formulate strategies for launches and ongoing projects, support the sales team, and manage ATL/BTL activities with multiple agencies.

The role requires at least 1 year of marketing experience and a Diploma in Marketing or equivalent, with duties based at the Sungai Besi HQ. Attractive perks and career development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience.
• Diploma in Marketing or relevant qualifications.
• Able to work in HQ, Sungai Besi, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategic marketing plans for new launches and ongoing projects.
• Develop marketing initiatives to support sales team.
• Coordinate and liaise with creative and digital agencies on ATL & BTL marketing items.
• Plan, monitor and coordinate marketing A&P budget and deliver activities within budget.
• Plan and coordinate for pre and post sales launch.
• Propose, coordinate and execute events, roadshows, exhibitions and campaigns.
• Drive digital marketing and lead management to meet objectives.
• Measure impact of campaigns across events, social media, portals, SEM registrations and web presence.
• Identify, test and scale high-impact digital channels.
