Job summary

ADI Resourcing in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to manage always-on social campaigns and product-launch campaigns, coordinating with headquarters on media strategy and execution.

You will plan media across Facebook, Google, TikTok and more, optimize campaigns based on data, and identify top KOLs. Local market insights will guide creatives and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• English as first working language, fluent in listening, reading and writing.
• Active on social medias (Facebook/IG/Youtube/Google/Twitter/Tiktok etc.), high sensitivity to trends, local resources preferred.
• Good use of Python and other data analysis tools.
• Rigorous and responsible work attitude.
• Major in Marketing or advertising.
• Mandarin understanding is an advantage.

• Run regular always-on social campaigns and product-launch related campaigns; collaborate with HQ to implement media strategy and campaigns.
• Collaborate with HQ to execute digital marketing campaigns; implement KPIs and ensure orderly processes; optimize data center campaign performance.

About the job Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description :

• Responsible for regular always-on campaigns on socialplatform and new product launch related campaigns, collaborate withheadquarters to carry out the media strategy and campaigns implementation. Andsome other supporting work to help local manager to do the marketing.
• Collaborate with the headquarters to do the digital marketingcampaigns well. Implement the campaign KPIs and ensure orderly processes. Helpto optimize the functions of the Data Center with detailed campaign data andoptimize the campaign efficiency as well as the performance. To find out themost efficient way of media combination for digital marketing.
• According to the marketing objectives, carry out the mediaplan on Facebook/Google/Tiktok/Twitter etc. according to the needs, includingnormal branding campaigns as well as KOL/Content campaigns, to evaluate andoptimize the campaign performance in different dimensions accordingly.
• Active on local social platforms, help to find the topKOLs/celebrities accordingly. You should also promote the cooperation ofKOLs/celebrities, helping with collaboration details as well as contentplanning.
• Manage other new media(OTT/App etc.) Make sure that thecampaigns consistent with HQ media strategy and run in orderly and timelymanner.
• You're supposed to understand the local marketing (Younggeneration) needs accurately, then find out the differences betweenbranding/performance ads and give suggestions for designer team on creatives.
• Monitor campaign data, responsible for regular statisticalanalysis and summary of data to improve the campaign performance.
