You will shape brand direction, optimize digital performance, and drive measurable growth across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and more, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver ROI-focused campaigns.

Senior Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across paid media, organic content, SEO, and social media.

You will play an important role in shaping brand direction, optimizing digital performance, and driving measurable growth across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu
• Lead content strategy and contribute to brand direction to ensure consistent and engaging messaging
• Plan, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns to improve ROI, conversions, and overall performance
• Analyze campaign data, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
• Optimize end-to-end customer journeys across different digital platforms
• Manage and coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including agencies, KOLs, and vendors
• Oversee content and social media initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and engagement
• Monitor SEO and organic growth performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare performance reports and translate data into actionable marketing strategies
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, AI-driven solutions, and platform developments

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and execution, preferably in a senior-level capacity
• Experience managing or coordinating content, social media, and creative projects
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and optimize campaign performance
• Experience working with multiple projects, stakeholders, agencies, KOLs, or external vendors
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, digital funnels, and conversion optimization
• Creative, analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and project management skills
