Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in related field; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Passion and genuine interest in online marketing.
• Creative mindset and understanding of client needs.
• Analytical and logical mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present arguments.
• Fluent in English with native language of supporting market.

Responsibilities

• Effectively work on inbound and outbound leads provided by client.
• Responsible for assigned portfolio, optimize campaigns, and meet customer expectations.
• Advise companies on their online advertising campaigns with potential significant business impact.
• Operate in a target-driven environment, achieving personal sales targets and contributing to regional growth.
• Be part of the team creating unique customer experiences while influencing the online marketing space.
• Perform other duties assigned by management to support quality management system.

What is your mission?

• Ability to effectively work on Inbound and Outbound leads provided by client
• Responsible for assigned portfolio, optimizing your clients' campaigns, and ensuring that customer expectations are met
• Ability to be an advisor for companies in relation to their online advertising campaigns, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business
• Target driven environment, so ability to achieve individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team increasing the customer base across region is crucial
• Be part of the largest team who creates unique customer experiences while actively affecting the online marketing environment
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?
