Job summary

TDCX is seeking an Account Manager in Malaysia to serve as the first point of contact for business owners, guiding them to opportunities in online marketing and client growth.

You will manage inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, delivering outstanding service to advertisers, publishers, and users, while advising on strategic solutions and promoting related products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Preferably with 2 years of related experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Passion and genuine interest in online marketing.
• Ability to work in an organized and structured manner.
• Creative mindset and understanding of client needs.
• Analytical and logical mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to sell creative market solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written English and local market language skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the account manager and first contact to business owners, introducing online marketing opportunities.
• Manage business inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide outstanding service and support to advertisers, publishers and users.
• Offer strategic advice and solve issues in a consultative manner with your client portfolio.
• Implement creative ways to improve client relationships and promote other products.
• Provide feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflow.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure quality management system effectiveness.

What is your mission?

• To serve as the account manager and first point of contact to business owners, introducing them to exciting opportunities for increasing their business visibility through online marketing
• Manage business inquiries by via phone, e-mail and/or live chat
• Provide outstanding service and support to client's advertisers, publishers and users
• Provide strategic advice and help solve issues by working closely in a consultative role with your client portfolio
• Implement creative ways to improve client relationships and promote other products.
• Provides feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
