Job summary

Sometime By Asian Designers is seeking a Digital Manager to lead the company’s digital commerce performance and day-to-day operations across e-commerce, marketplaces, digital advertising, campaigns, CRM and analytics. You will translate business objectives into digital priorities, guide the Digital Team, and drive initiatives from strategy to execution, working closely with the CEO and stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in e-commerce and hands-on platform experience with Shopify, Shopee

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in e-commerce, digital commerce or related field.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong commercial, analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee Seller Center and TikTok Seller Center.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, analytics, CRM, campaigns and customer journeys.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis capabilities.
• Able to work independently and communicate with senior management.
• Experience in retail, fashion or consumer goods is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee the company’s website, marketplaces, digital advertising and other digital channels.
• Identify problems and opportunities, develop solutions and manage projects end-to-end.
• Analyse performance and drive improvements across digital operations.
• Maintain quality standards across content, promotions, launches, data and platform operations.
• Establish SOPs, approvals and quality controls to ensure efficient operations.
• Lead website improvements, integrations, automation and new platforms.
• Lead, coach and develop the Digital Team and set priorities.
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with CEO and internal teams on priorities and performance.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, marketplaces and technology partners.
