Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd seeks a Regional Sales Manager for In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) in Malaysia. The role drives revenue growth, manages key accounts across hospitals and labs, and strengthens distributor partnerships to expand market coverage.

You will identify new business opportunities, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate with applications, service, marketing and commercial teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) / clinical diagnostics.
• Experience with immunoassay, molecular diagnostics, analyzers or lab automation.
• Experience managing direct customer accounts and distributors.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia diagnostics market.
• Strong business development, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Willing to travel as required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and revenue performance across Malaysia and assigned regional markets.
• Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, healthcare institutions and key accounts.
• Manage relationships with distributors and channel partners to expand market coverage.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers and markets.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, account plans and territory strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer requirements.
