Job summary

Involve Asia, a leading performance-based marketing technology company, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, operate, and improve our cloud infrastructure and delivery platform. You will own production infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes, drive automation, and partner with engineering teams to enhance reliability, scalability, and security.

This hands-on senior role requires deep experience in Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD workflows, with a focus on observability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform/Systems Engineering or similar infrastructure role.
Strong AWS production experience (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, load balancers, auto scaling).
Hands-on Kubernetes design, deployment, and operations.
Terraform IaC with reusable modules and state management.
Ansible for configuration management and automation.
CI/CD/GitOps experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
Strong Linux, networking, and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

Design, build, operate, and improve highly available infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.
Own Kubernetes platform architecture, including cluster config, upgrades, networking, and security.
Develop and maintain Terraform modules and Ansible roles for consistency across environments.
Build and improve CI/CD and GitOps workflows for safe deployments.
Improve observability with monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
Lead incident response and post-incident improvements to prevent recurrence.
Automate operational tasks with Bash, Python, or Go.
Collaborate with software engineering, QA, and product to improve production readiness.
