Job summary

Pride Global seeks an experienced DevOps / Operations Engineer to manage cloud-native infra, AI platforms, and databases. You will oversee Kubernetes clusters, automation, and system monitoring to ensure reliability and performance of production services, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

The role emphasizes Kubernetes operations, automation using Python/Java/Go, and strong focus on observability, incident response, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud-native environments.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience supporting AI/ML platforms or related infrastructure.
• Strong Linux, networking, and cloud-native fundamentals.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and containerized apps to ensure highly available production environments.
• Design and develop automation scripts and tools using Python, Java, or Go to streamline operations.
• Administer and maintain database systems, including maintenance, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and incident resolution.
• Build and enhance observability platforms with logging, metrics, monitoring, alerting, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with software teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Perform daily health checks, respond to incidents, conduct RCA, and implement preventive improvements.
• Continuously optimize infrastructure and operational efficiency through automation and best practices.
