Job summary

SBL Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a experienced Senior Design Executive to turn ideas and brand strategies into powerful visual communication across digital, e-commerce, pharmacy, retail and marketing channels.

The role focuses on maintaining brand consistency, developing assets for product launches and campaigns, and managing multiple projects with printers and vendors. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing branding, digital and commercial design work.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Understanding of layout, typography and visual communication.
• Experience in FMCG/healthcare/retail/e-commerce is a plus.
• Experience in POSM, packaging, video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Your Mission

Strengthen SBL’s brands by creating high-quality, consistent and commercially effective designs across digital, e-commerce, social media, pharmacy, retail and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design

• Create social media visuals, advertisements, brochures, catalogues, posters, banners, POSM, presentations and other marketing materials.
• Translate marketing briefs and campaign ideas into strong visual concepts.

Brand & Campaign Execution

• Maintain consistent brand identity across all creative materials.
• Develop creative assets for product launches, promotions and marketing campaigns.

Digital & E-Commerce

• Create engaging visuals for social media, TikTok Shop, Shopee, digital advertising and e-commerce campaigns.
• Support livestream, content and digital marketing initiatives with effective creative assets.

Retail & Pharmacy

• Design POSM, product displays, promotional materials and other retail communication.
• Ensure artwork is suitable and accurate for production.

Creative Project Management

• Manage multiple design projects, deadlines, revisions and approvals.
• Conduct artwork quality checks before final production or publication.
• Coordinate with printers, vendors and other creative partners when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital and commercial design capabilities.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography and visual communication.
• Experience in FMCG, healthcare, nutrition, retail or e-commerce is an advantage.
