Job summary

SBL HEALTHCARE SDN BHD in Penang, Seberang Perai, seeks a creative content creator to produce short-form social media videos for TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. You will plan content, shoot, and edit to support campaigns and brand awareness.

You will edit videos with captions and effects, and help manage online and offline marketing activities. The ideal candidate generates ideas, directs talent on camera, and understands how video drives engagement and sales.

Qualifications

• Experience creating short-form video content.
• Strong video editing skills with CapCut or similar tools.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Facebook and Instagram content trends.
• Able to shoot and edit footage, not only edit.
• Ability to generate content ideas independently and quickly.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly/monthly content based on campaigns, products and trends.
• Assist in video shooting and content production; edit short-form videos and add subtitles, effects and transitions.
• Support online marketing: social media, e-commerce, livestream, campaigns.
• Support offline marketing: roadshows, events, and product launches.

Job description

Create short-form social media content, especially TikTok, Facebook & Instagram.

Assist in video shooting and content production.

Content Planning

Plan weekly/monthly content based on campaigns, products and current trends.

Generate new content ideas, hooks and creative concepts.

Video Editing

Edit short-form videos, product videos, educational videos and promotional content.

Add subtitles, effects, music, graphics and transitions.

Online Marketing Support

Support social media, e-commerce, livestream, KOC/KOL and digital campaigns.

Prepare campaign and promotional video content.

Offline Marketing Support

Support roadshows, exhibitions, events and product launches.

Assist with event photography/videography and marketing materials.

What We’re Looking For

Creative and strong in short-form video content*

Good video editing skills, especially CapCut

Familiar with TikTok, Facebook & Instagram, Xhs content trends*

Able to shoot + edit, not only edit

Able to generate content ideas independently

Comfortable appearing behind the camera and directing talents

Marketing-minded and understands that content should support brand awareness, engagement and sales*

Willing to support both online and offline activities*

Healthcare / nutrition / FMCG / e-commerce experience is an advantage
