Job summary

SBL Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Admin Executive (Marketing Department) to support Marketing operations, coordinate activities, and maintain product listings across channels. The role suits organized individuals with 1–2 years in marketing administration and a degree in business-related fields.

You’ll liaise with internal teams, pharmacies and retailers while ensuring timely follow-up and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing administration, sales administration, merchandising or related role preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to work with different stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Proactive, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team in day-to-day coordination and administrative activities.
• Maintain and update product listing information across different customers and sales channels.
• Track and coordinate POSM requests, production, delivery and deployment.
• Liaise with internal teams, customers, merchandisers and external suppliers on POSM and marketing-related matters.
• Assist in coordinating GWP, promotional materials and other marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, retail activations, roadshows and other marketing activities.
• Maintain and update tracking reports for product listings, POSM, promotions and campaigns.
• Follow up with internal teams, customers, merchandisers and suppliers to ensure timely completion of activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the B2C team.

Your Mission

Support the companyMarketing function through effective coordination, administrative support, marketing execution and timely follow-up across customers, sales channels, pharmacies and retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Administrative Support

• Support the Marketing team in day-to-day coordination and administrative activities.
• Maintain and update product listing information across different customers and sales channels.

POSM & Promotional Coordination

• Track and coordinate POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) requests, production, delivery and deployment.
• Liaise with internal teams, customers, merchandisers and external suppliers on POSM and marketing-related matters.
• Assist in coordinating GWP (Gift with Purchase), promotional materials and othermarketing initiatives.

Campaign & Retail Marketing Support

• Support the team in coordinating promotional campaigns, retail activations, roadshows and other marketing activities.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure marketing materials and activities are executed according to schedule.
• Support marketing activities at pharmacies, retail outlets and other customer locations.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain and update tracking reports for product listings, POSM, GWP, promotions and campaign activities.
• Follow up with internal teams, customers, merchandisers and suppliers to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the B2C team.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure marketing activities, materials and deliverables are properly tracked and followed up.
• Support the execution of promotions, retail activations and trade marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to keep activities moving smoothly.
• Maintain accurate product, POSM, promotional and campaign records.
• Gain hands- on exposure to marketing operations within the healthcare and nutrition industry.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing administration, sales administration, merchandising or a related role is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Able to work with different stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Proactive, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
