Job summary

Luxasia Group is seeking a capable Supply Chain Planner to support the Manager in coordinating activities of the supply chain and its partners, aiming to optimise efficiency, working capital, and service levels for customers.

You will drive the monthly S&OP cycle, develop a 12-month rolling demand forecast, translate plans into supply actions, and monitor inventory health across omni-channel operations.

Qualifications

• tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of relevant working experience.
• At least 1–3 years of related experience in supply chain/procurement.

Responsibilities

• Drive the monthly S&OP cycle and forecast review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a 12-month rolling demand forecast incorporating market intelligence.
• Translate approved demand plan into a supply plan to support timely order placement with Brand Partners.
• Balance demand and supply across omni-channels, ensuring optimal stock allocation and rebalancing.
• Reconcile supply and demand plans and manage risks including shortages and excess inventory.
