Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager – Dealer Network Development in Malaysia to lead the expansion of the dealer network for a major automotive brand. You will identify new dealership sites, oversee setup and relocation, and drive performance through UDQR and KPIs.

The role requires 8–12 years in dealer/network development, experience with commercial vehicles, and strong leadership. Travel to dealer sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in dealer development, network development or channel expansion.
• Experience with Commercial vehicles such as trucks or buses is mandatory.
• Experience in dealership site selection, feasibility assessment, branch setup, relocation and renovation.
• Strong understanding of automotive distribution channels and dealership operations.
• Proven leadership with team management, coaching and performance development.
• Willingness to travel for dealer visits and network development activities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer network development initiatives to expand market reach.
• Identify locations for new dealerships and optimize network coverage.
• Plan and oversee branch setup, relocation and renovations.
• Monitor dealer performance using quality ratings and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Finance and Legal teams.
• Prepare periodic reports on network expansion and compliance.
• Mentor and develop team members to improve execution.
