Job summary

Zeekr Malaysia seeks an experienced Dealer Network Development Manager to lead strategic planning, expansion, and management of the dealer network across Malaysia. You will optimize sales, service, and charging infrastructure while aligning with brand standards and local regulations.

The role requires strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on building a high-performance network in a rapidly evolving EV market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in the automotive industry with at least 5 years in dealer network development.
• Deep understanding of the Malaysian market, consumer behavior, and regulations.
• Proven experience in dealer network expansion, negotiation, and contract management.
• Experience with multinational automotive brands is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Chinese; Malay is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead network planning and expansion for Malaysia, covering sales, service, and charging infra.
• Establish KPI-based dealer evaluation; monitor sales, CS, service quality, and brand representation.
• Leverage incentives and rebates to drive performance across the channel.
• Ensure compliance with MITI/MOF/JPJ policies and brand standards.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams for smooth implementation and policy alignment.
• Oversee dealer setup from site selection to launch and ensure showrooms meet standards.
