Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering or HR.
• 2 years of HR, account management, compensation survey management, client servicing or related experience.
• Able to work in a team and independently with minimal direction.
• Motivated self-starter, well organized, able to multi-task.
• Detail oriented with strong organization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients to the survey platform and provide participation support.
• Track client participation details and share updates in monthly meetings.
• Provide analytics support for data projects managed by Data Solutions and Advisory teams.
• Develop and maintain positive client relations through regular communications.
• Translate client questions into opportunities for additional reports or consulting.
