Job summary

Aon Corporation in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Analyst, Data Solutions to join the Talent Solutions team. You will deliver high-quality client servicing and day-to-day account management for Southeast Asia, leveraging the RMCD-based HCA platform.

You will onboard clients, provide analytics support, develop relationships, translate client needs into reporting opportunities, and collaborate with Data Solutions and the broader Human Capital Solutions teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a renowned university in a relevant field.
• 2 years of HR, account management, compensation survey management, client servicing or related experience.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients to the survey platform and provide participation support.
• Track client participation details and share updates at monthly SEA meetings.
• Provide analytics support for data projects managed by Data Solutions and Advisory.
• Develop positive customer relations through proactive communication.
• Translate client questions into opportunities for reports or consulting.
• Support in completing additional projects with the team.
