• Requires 10+ years in Infra Operations leadership.

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure operations teams and drive platform strategy.
• Stabilize and modernize data platforms and services.
• Oversight of capacity planning, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with application, architecture, and delivery teams.
• Define KPIs, roadmaps, and security controls including UAM and PII.
• Mentor team members and manage resource capabilities.
