Job summary

NIQ is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to support daily media measurement production operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle data processing, production systems, and cross-functional collaboration with global teams, including after-hours standby. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in CS/IT/Data Analytics or related field.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Interest in data, systems and operational processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a sense of responsibility.
• Team-oriented with cross-geo collaboration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Python, VBA, Power BI or automation tools is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to work on a rotational after-office schedule and standby/on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production processes and reports per schedule.
• Monitor production jobs and automated workflows for timely completion.
• Perform routine quality checks for data accuracy and reliability.
• Investigate and help resolve production issues and data discrepancies.
• Support existing production processes and operational activities.
• Collaborate with local and global teams for daily operations and issue resolution.
• Provide remote software installation and user support for reporting applications.
• Ensure deliverables are completed accurately within timelines.
• Provide rotational after-office and weekend support; after-office allowances may apply.
