Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Senior Data Operations Analyst to execute production activities for the assigned country, primarily handling data extraction and business-as-usual tasks in collaboration with operational teams.

Responsibilities include validating data, monitoring completeness, and delivering high-quality content on the platform while meeting internal SLAs. The role supports regional projects and requires a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of end-to-end production process.
• Good knowledge and fully independent in resolving queries.
• Well-developed analytical skills and very good attention to details.
• Problem solving skills.
• Good understanding of the local market.
• Proactivity attitude in recommending suitable solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team to achieve goals together.
• Time management skills.
• At least 1.5 year experience in NIQ operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute production activities for the assigned country in collaboration with operational teams.
• Validate retailers or audit data and monitor data completeness.
• Provide timely feedback to country teams following SOPs.
• Execute data content reviews and processing using appropriate platforms.
• Identify problems and root causes, proposing short- and long-term resolutions.
• Plan and manage daily workload to meet schedules and targets.
• Maintain documentation per retailer/cycle and support regional projects.
