Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a strategic Senior Project Manager (Construction) to lead our multi‑facility data center development program in Johor, including a critical high‑voltage utility substation. You’ll be the on‑site delivery lead, coordinating GC and design teams, navigating regulatory requirements, and driving progress to keep milestones on schedule and within budget.

The role requires 8+ years in large‑scale construction, strong CPM and cost‑tracking skills, and familiarity

Qualifications

• 8+ years in large-scale construction with a track record of infrastructure projects (data center MEP/CSA experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian/Singaporean construction ecosystems, local supply chains, contractor markets and labor dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution for a large-scale data center program and a dedicated utility substation, coordinating design and controls teams.
• Direct and monitor a major General Contractor under a D&B Turnkey framework, tracking KPIs and enforcing safety/quality standards.
• Oversee day-to-day engagement with regional power authorities (TNB) to maintain schedule alignment.
• Manage project financials, change orders, and governance per Delegation of Authority.
• Liaise with Johor councils and agencies (e.g., MIDA) to clear permits and secure handovers.
