Job summary

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, over 3 years of relevant experience, and strong problem-solving skills. The position supports a hybrid work model, requiring office presence in Selangor or Penang.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience with IT procedures.
• 3+ years of experience with Data Center Operations.
• Installation and configuration experience of various types of software.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot security products.
• Work with client's IT teams to integrate solutions.
• Provide complete post-implementation monitoring and reporting.
