Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to manage service for defined customers, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to SLAs.

You will coordinate with service centre, process EDI and manual orders, handle backlogs and discrepancies, communicate supply status daily, and produce regular customer reports while upholding Arrow's values.

Qualifications

• Minimum strong customer service experience.
• Clear communication with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to operate in a high-pressure environment.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service for defined customers within the region per SLAs.
• Coordinate communications from service centre to customers.
• Handle both EDI and manual order entry.
• Manage customer backlog: confirmation, reschedule, cancellations, and discrepancies.
• Provide daily updates on supply status to customers.
• Ensure compliance with export rules for controlled products.
• Address shipping and pricing discrepancies and process returns/RMA.
• Create defined reports for customers and participate in meetings as required.
