• Manage order entry, maintenance, and related processes (NCNR, COP, etc.).
• Support quotes, pricing, and contract-related activities with internal teams.
• Coordinate with Infosys and other systems for forecasts, reports, and escalations.
• Handle post-delivery issues and RMA-related tasks while identifying patterns.
