Johor Plantations Group Berhad is seeking a CSR Coordinator to plan and coordinate our CSR programmes and annual calendar across JPG’s pillars. You will work with operating units, partners and beneficiaries to ensure clear objectives, timelines and deliverables aligned with community needs.

The role requires coordination, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to mobilize employee volunteers, with strong writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Communications, Social Sciences, Business or related field.
• Experience in CSR, community engagement, stakeholder relations or programme coordination.
• Experience in plantation, agriculture, government-linked, listed companies or a corporate environment is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong writing skills for proposals, presentations, reports and official correspondence.
• Willing to travel and work on weekends or public holidays for CSR programmes and events.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate CSR programmes and the annual calendar across JPG’s pillars, with clear objectives, timelines and deliverables aligned with community needs.
• Coordinate programme logistics and delivery with operating units, partners, beneficiaries and agencies.
• Evaluate sponsorships; manage agreements, benefits, payments, registers and outcome reports.
• Prepare approvals, track budgets and payments, and maintain records in line with CSR procedures.
• Mobilise employee volunteers, track participation and volunteer hours, and encourage employee involvement.
• Assess community needs; collect and verify impact data; prepare reports and communications content; support stakeholder engagements and protect sensitive information.
