Job summary

ParagonCorp seeks a proactive CSR and Corporate Affairs professional in Malaysia to manage CSR programs, build partnerships with NGOs and government bodies, and coordinate external communications. The role blends social impact with corporate affairs to strengthen ParagonCorp's reputation locally and with key stakeholders.

The candidate will lead media relations, craft compelling CSR stories, monitor external developments, and participate in crisis communications when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant CSR/Corporate Affairs experience.
• Experience managing CSR programs, partnerships, and external relationships.
• Strong media relations and corporate communications experience.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Malaysia-based.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage CSR programs aligned with ParagonCorp values and community needs.
• Build partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate CSR initiatives from planning to impact reporting.
• Manage media relations: press releases, inquiries, interviews, and communications.
• Create CSR stories and materials highlighting social impact.
• Monitor media coverage and public sentiment affecting reputation.
• Support stakeholder engagement, reputation management, and crisis communications.
• Represent ParagonCorp at CSR events and external forums in Malaysia.
